        I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression to transition issues and business consultation. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized, relaxed and interactive approach in therapy to help clients achieve their desired goals and attain their personal growth. My practice is inclusive and I have been fortunate to work with 19 different nationalities. After 20+ years of experience, my training includes several therapeutic approaches: humanistic-wholistic, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic systems and Fath-Based counseling. My experience also has provided me with opportunities to serve as university, adjunct faculty and an Employee Assistant Manager at Fortune 100 companies. In each area, I have seen a need for strong interpersonal and communication skills to achieve a healthy and happy life style.

My training and experience at Motorola with the William Bridges, PhD., Associates provided the knowledge and skills to assist clients with organizational change. Transition management and training for organizations and businesses increase resiliency in the workforce and assures productivity and retention. Respectful attention to the impact on human capital sets the morale and reputation of a company culture and reduces the risk of liability, sabotage or violence. Transition is a stressful factor, for all levels. Working with matrix management, as I did at General Motors, I coordinated external EAP services while working as a team member with HR, UAW, managers, internal EAPs, treatment providers and insurance companies. This experience accentuated the need for excellent skills in communication, listening, cooperation and follow-up between all players.
